Yes! A Glow member can also enroll in The Tox Plan - they serve different purposes.

Terms & Conditions

BILLING & PAYMENT

1. Monthly Billing

The Glow ($99/month) and The Bronze ($125/month) are billed monthly on the date of enrollment. Payment is automatically charged to the credit or debit card on file. It is the member's responsibility to maintain a valid payment method at all times.

2. Annual Billing

The Tox Plan ($199/year) is billed as a single annual payment on the date of enrollment and renews annually thereafter.

3. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Lily & Oak will attempt to process the charge again within 5 business days. If payment cannot be collected, the membership may be suspended until the balance is resolved. Membership benefits are not available during a suspension.

COMMITMENT & RENEWAL

4. Minimum Commitment

The Glow and The Bronze each require a 3-month minimum commitment. The Tox Plan requires a 12-month commitment. Members may not cancel during their minimum commitment period.

5. Auto-Renewal

All memberships auto-renew at the end of the commitment period — monthly for The Glow and The Bronze, annually for The Tox Plan — and continue on the same billing cycle until cancelled.

CANCELLATION

6. How to Cancel

Members may cancel after completing their minimum commitment period by providing 30 days' written notice via email or in person at the front desk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. No Partial Refunds

No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, unused treatments, or unused membership benefits at the time of cancellation.

MONTHLY TREATMENTS & ROLLOVERS

8. The Glow — Monthly Treatment

Glow members receive one (1) treatment per month from the designated service menu. The treatment must be redeemed within the billing month or the following month. Unused treatments that are not redeemed within the one-month rollover period expire and are forfeited. A maximum of one (1) unused treatment may be held in rollover at any time.

9. The Bronze — Monthly Spray Tans

Bronze members receive three (3) custom spray tans per month. Unused tans roll over for up to three (3) months from the original billing date. Tans not redeemed within the rollover period expire and are forfeited.

10. The Tox Plan — Injectable Rate

Tox Plan members receive a locked rate of $11/unit on all Botox and Dysport treatments for the duration of their membership. There is no limit on the number of units or visits. The member rate applies to treatments performed by the spa's nurse injector only.

11. The Tox Plan — Quarterly Treatment

Tox Plan members receive one (1) complimentary treatment per quarter from the designated quarterly service menu. Unused quarterly treatments carry over for one (1) quarter only. Treatments not redeemed within the carryover period expire and are forfeited. Quarters are calculated from the enrollment date.

MEMBER DISCOUNTS

12. Discount Structure

The Glow: 20% off SkinPen, BBL Hero, and Moxi treatments; Botox and Dysport at $12/unit; 10% off all retail products. The Bronze: 10% off all retail products. The Tox Plan: 10% off all services and retail products. Discounts are applied at the time of service or purchase and cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, gift cards, or special offers unless otherwise noted.

MEMBERSHIP PERKS

13. Birthday Bonus

Glow and Tox Plan members receive a complimentary brow wax or lash tint during their birthday month. The birthday bonus must be redeemed within the member's birthday month and does not carry over or hold cash value.

14. Referral Program

Glow and Tox Plan members who refer a friend that enrolls in any membership plan receive a $50 credit toward their next service. The referred friend receives their first visit at the member rate without a membership. Referral credits may be stacked and do not expire. Credits hold no cash value and are non-transferable.

15. Priority Booking

Glow and Tox Plan members receive priority booking for appointments, subject to provider availability.

FREEZE POLICY

16. Membership Freeze

Members may freeze their membership for one (1) calendar month per year. During a freeze, billing is paused and no membership benefits may be redeemed. Freeze requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing date. The freeze period does not count toward or extend the minimum commitment period. Freeze is available for The Glow and The Bronze only.

GENERAL TERMS

17. Personal Use Only

All membership benefits, treatments, discounts, and credits are non-transferable and for the enrolled member's personal use only. Members may not share, gift, or assign their membership benefits to another person.

18. Service Availability

Treatment availability is subject to staff scheduling, provider availability, and spa hours. Lily & Oak does not guarantee same-day or next-day availability for membership treatments. Members are encouraged to book in advance.

19. Modifications

Lily & Oak Wellness Spa reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, service menus, or these terms and conditions with 30 days' written notice to current members. Members enrolled at the time of modification will be honored at their existing rate and terms for the remainder of their current commitment period.

20. Conduct

Lily & Oak reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time if a member engages in behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of spa policies. In such cases, any remaining commitment obligation is waived and no refund is issued.

21. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
