These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lily & Oak Wellness Spa website and the services provided at our spa. By accessing this website or receiving treatment at Lily & Oak Wellness Spa, you agree to these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the website or schedule services.

Lily & Oak Wellness Spa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

Services Provided

Lily & Oak Wellness Spa provides aesthetic and wellness services including customized facials, laser treatments, injectables, microneedling, cryotherapy, infrared sauna sessions, IV therapy, spray tanning, teeth whitening, waxing, and brow and lash services at its location at 510 W. Lancaster Ave., Ste. 1, Haverford, PA 19041.

Medical aesthetic treatments, including injectables and IV therapy, are performed by licensed providers under appropriate medical supervision and in accordance with Pennsylvania law.

Certain treatments require a consultation to determine suitability. Lily & Oak Wellness Spa reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment when, in the judgment of our providers, it is not appropriate or safe.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete health information, including relevant medical history and current medications, during intake and before each treatment.

Clients must follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions and disclose any changes to their health status before receiving treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment safety and outcomes. Lily & Oak Wellness Spa is not responsible for complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate client disclosures.

Memberships, Packages, and Gift Cards

Memberships and treatment packages are governed by the specific terms provided at the time of enrollment or purchase, including minimum commitment periods, billing cycles, cancellation requirements, and benefit rules. Those terms are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Membership benefits, package treatments, and discounts are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are redeemable for services and products at Lily & Oak Wellness Spa and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Lily & Oak Wellness Spa website, including text, images, logos, and page designs, is the property of Lily & Oak Wellness Spa or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any website content without prior written permission from Lily & Oak Wellness Spa.
